Sjæleangst’s self-titled debut is an atmospheric black metal album that combines beautiful melodies, aggressive blast beats, melancholic piano, and ripping guitar solos. In four parts, the listener is taken on a dynamic journey with pensive moments and powerful crescendos. Behind the project are two anonymous members of the Danish metal underground, who’ve both been active in several other acts.
